Office Administration

The administration of the college office functions under the supervision of the Executive Officer and the Office Superintendent. The office is fully computerized to ensure efficient, accurate, and smooth administrative operations.

The overall administration is organized into four major sections:

  • Establishment
  • Academic Matters
  • Accounts
  • Miscellaneous

Each section is responsible for its respective domain, ensuring the systematic and effective management of institutional activities.

A Head Accountant is designated to oversee all financial matters. All monetary transactions, including the payment of fees, are carried out through the official cash counter to maintain transparency and accountability. Every transaction is duly recorded and supported by a computerized receipt, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with audit requirements.
